Should I choose steel or powder coating?
Stainless steel is a material. Powder coating is a finish applied to a suitable metal body. Select the construction first, then compare mirror, brushed and solid-colour finishes. We confirm the metal grade or substrate in your quote.
How do perforated illuminated letters work?
Light passes through small perforations to create distinct points of light. Compare perforated acrylic, side-perforated and full-metal perforated letters in one place.
Do you install in my country?
We manufacture in Lahore and arrange the quoted delivery. An installer at your location handles fitting, power connection and local approvals. Tell us their requirements before production.
What do you need to quote my sign?
Width and height in feet and inches, exact wording or artwork, a storefront photo, the selected style, and delivery city, postal code and country. Include any landlord or installer requirements.
Can I see my sign on my own storefront?
Add a storefront photograph to your enquiry brief and request a design mockup. Photo placement and dimensions are reviewed by a designer; this page does not automatically produce a measured installation drawing.
How do I work with an overseas sign supplier and a local sign maker?
Glonex manufactures your sign in Lahore and supplies it under the agreed quotation. A sign maker or installer near your site can check measurements, the wall, access, fixing and electrical requirements. Share their drawings and local requirements with us before production, and agree who handles delivery, installation and approvals.
How do payment and production work?
Your Glonex quotation covers the sign and shipping together, with 40% advance and 60% before dispatch. Your order is ready and packed within 15 days of final design approval and receipt of advance payment. Quotations are valid for 7 days. Import duties follow the destination arrangement stated in your quotation.
How long does international delivery take?
International transit is estimated at 15–20 days after dispatch. Customs clearance or security checks may extend this time. This is separate from production time. Confirm your full address, postcode, duty arrangement and any remote-area charges before ordering. International installation is not included.
What does the electrical warranty cover?
The 1-year warranty starts when your sign is delivered to you and covers LED modules and power supplies only. It does not cover the sign body, finish or marquee bulbs. Physical damage is outside this component warranty; transit damage is handled separately. Faulty covered parts are replaced with free international shipping. Use supplied spares when needed and tell us so we can replenish them during warranty.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Send us proof of transit damage immediately after delivery. Glonex covers the replacement and its delivery; you do not pay again. Replacement delivery is estimated at 20–30 days, depending on the work and quantity involved.
