Ordering & delivery
Clear stages for your custom sign. These are our international supply arrangements; your written quotation sets out the construction, destination and agreed scope.
01 · PAYMENT
One quotation for your sign and shipping.
Quotations are valid for 7 days from the quotation date. Approve the final artwork, colours, dimensions and construction before production. Import duties follow the destination arrangement stated in your quotation.
02 · TIMING
Production and transit are separate.
- Production
- Ready and packed within 15 days of final design approval and receipt of advance payment.
- International transit
- Estimated at 15–20 days after dispatch. Customs clearance or security checks may extend this time.
International installation is not included; your local installer handles fitting, power connection and local approvals.
03 · DESTINATION
Agree the delivery scope.
Including shipping does not automatically include all import duties and taxes. Where your quotation uses our Europe shipping route, import duties are included in the quoted shipping. For USA and Canada, applicable import duties are payable by the customer. UK, Australia and other routes require an order-specific duty arrangement.
Share your full receiving address and postcode before confirming the order. If courier service is limited, you may provide a nearby city address where someone can receive the sign. A courier collection arrangement requires the selected courier’s acceptance. Any extra delivery charges are advised and agreed in advance.
04 · COMPONENT SUPPORT
Cover for the lighting components.
The 1-year warranty starts when your sign is delivered to you and covers LED modules and power supplies only. It does not cover the sign body, finish or marquee bulbs. Physical damage and breakage are outside this component warranty; our transit-damage arrangement is described below.
Faulty covered parts are replaced with free international shipping. Use supplied spare parts when needed and let us know so we can replenish them free of charge during the warranty.
05 · ARRIVAL
If your sign arrives damaged.
Send us proof of transit damage immediately after delivery. Glonex covers the replacement and its delivery; you do not pay again.
Replacement delivery is estimated at 20–30 days, depending on the work and quantity involved.
